And so October is drawing to an end, and with it so is my block in children’s medicine which has been very good, namely because its been well organised and I’ve tried to keep busy.  Since the last update, had a bit of a mini-nightmare as the website was being moved from one server to another server, and well I kind of lost of everything then spent a few hours copying and pasting from google reader to restore all the posts back to normal.  Am sure there was a faster way but google didnt help me find it :-(   .  But anyway, its more or less fixed, sadly I lost all the comments.  However, as a bonus I have been able to restore posts from 3rd year at uni.

This week has been busy again with hallgroup, a yearbook meeting, and a dinner at a friends grandparents house.  The Yearbook meeting was grand and once we got settled into business we thrashed out deadlines for profile submissions, dates for profile photos and suggestions for other pages.  We got a tad distracted thinking of awards before remembering that the ball committee will be dealing with that.  All the while I enjoyed my free large coffee courtesy of Starbucks giving out a voucher for filling out a survey a few weeks back.  As for dinner at a friends grandparents, it was very good!  Some good food, and was fascinating to here all the places in the world they’ve travelled too, and that is a load of places, just to mention a few: Panama, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Peru, Columbia, Canada…  All in all not a bad end to the month (aside from the website hitches).
